then Ambassador of Cuba in 2003 during the Kolkata Book
Fair.

español (Stories of Panchatantra in Spanish).
This book was edited by Señora Isabel Ruiz de Elvira
Serra, the Technical Adviser, Deptt. of Promotion of Books
and Literature, Ministry of Culture, Madrid, Spain and
was applauded by the dignitaries of India as well as in
